Intimura Limited Warranty — Composite Fencing

1. Applicability

This warranty applies to Intimura composite fencing installed for residential or commercial use. It covers only Intimura products that have been properly installed according to our instructions and maintained according to our recommendations.

2. Warranty Duration

The warranty period begins on the date of the original purchase. Coverage is valid only when installed and maintained according to Intimura guidelines.

3. Core Coverage

During the applicable warranty period, Intimura guarantees that:

• The material will be free from manufacturing defects affecting normal performance.
• Components will not experience structural degradation (e.g., cracking, major splitting) caused by material defects.
• Composite boards will not undergo excessive fading beyond industry-accepted color variation.
• The material will remain resistant to abnormal internal mold development caused by manufacturing defects.

4. Conditions for Validity

This warranty is valid only when all of the following conditions are met:

• Installation performed according to Intimura’s official instructions by certified installers.
• No unauthorized modifications or treatments applied to the product.
• Regular recommended maintenance performed (gentle cleaning, no corrosive products).
• Proof of purchase showing the installation date is provided.

Intimura reserves the right to inspect or have the product inspected before approving any replacement.

5. Important Exclusions (for your protection)

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by impact, overload, vandalism, accident, or acts of nature.
• Damage caused by improper maintenance or harsh cleaning methods (pressure washing, strong chemicals).
• Fading or staining caused by pollutants, environmental deposits, or biological agents.
• Natural variations in color, shade, texture or production batch differences.
• Color changes caused by uneven sun exposure, shade, or moisture.
• Damage caused by excessive heat (BBQs, fire pits, heating equipment).
• Damage caused by unstable soil (freeze–thaw cycles, ground movement, settling).
• Products installed improperly or without valid installation documentation.
• Damage resulting from improper use or storage.
• Normal wear due to aging or long-term outdoor exposure.

This warranty covers replacement of defective material only. No labor, transportation or installation costs are covered.

6. Claims Process

For any valid claim:

• Provide the original proof of purchase.
• Submit clear photos of the affected areas.

Intimura will evaluate the claim and, if approved, replace the defective component or offer a prorated repair solution. In no event shall compensation exceed the prorated value of the replaced material.

7. Limitation of Liability

Intimura’s responsibility is strictly limited to repairing or replacing defective components. Intimura will not cover any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of value, installation costs, or other external expenses).

8. Transferability

This warranty may be transferred once to a new property owner if the property is sold within five (5) years of installation. It is not transferable beyond this single permitted transfer.

9. Prorated 30-Year Coverage

The Intimura warranty becomes prorated after year five. If a defect is confirmed, Intimura will cover a percentage of the replacement material cost based on product age:
